Royal UT's are one of the 6 types of Untiered Items in Telos. Different UTs have many different statistics and do not follow a certain statistic outline, meaning they can have any stat. When untiered, Royal items have 11 Tier Points. If exalted, they have 12 Tier Points. In order to drop a Royal UT from the bosses which drop it, the player must reach the minimum 1% damage threshold.
Royal Fragments can drop from a variety of dungeons & bosses, and they are what allow Royal UTs to be exalted into their better forms.

Exalting Royal UT items allows for them to gain bonus stats, increased damage, and improved abilities. This also increases their Tier Points from 11 to 12. The same item cannot be exalted more than once, and exalting is irreversible.
Exalting Royal items can be done at the Royal UT Forge in Wulfur's GUI inside of the Nexus Blacksmith.

Salvaging Royal UT items is also another method of getting Royal Forge Fragments. This is an irreversible action and will result in your item turning into a fragment. Items which are already exalted cannot be salved.
