Player Support

Here, you can find information about how users can receive support in terms of character revives, staff moderation, and other logistical happenings.

Server Rules

These rules are ripped straight from the server's rules, which you can find in the Telos Realms Discord.

1) No advertising or spam.
Don't advertise other projects or spam the chat.
Editor Note: Mentioning another project is okay. "Did you see Wynncraft's new update?" is fine. "This server sucks", is rude, but fine. "This server sucks, everyone go to PrisonServer19310", is not okay.

2) Keep content SFW.
This includes nicknames, text, and media.
Editor Note: Do not try to bypass in game restrictions on swear words and slurs, you will be promptly muted until the issue is resolved. If you manage to change your name or guild tag to something derogatory or degenerate, you may be banned until that is changed.

3) Use common sense and be nice.
I hope no description is needed here.
Editor Note: Although the community can be a bit toxic and banter-like at times due to the nature of permadeath and a discord-based community, you should NEVER take things too far. Everyone is welcome in Telos Realms, and nobody should be messed around with past their tolerance.

4) No RWT
Do not trade any items or anything else related to the server for real life money or for items on other games/servers
Editor Note: Trading a Holy Cross for a $100 mouse, trading a Pendant of Sin for 200 million Hypixel Skyblock coins, and DoorDashing someone McDonald's for 15 Bloodshot fragments are all examples of this.
This does not include "buycrafting", which is an allowed process in which a player will trade in-game items in exchange for another player buying them something off the Telos Realms store in their name.

5) No scamming
Do not scam any players. All loans given to players are not enforceable by the server and all accountability must be taken by the loaner and the recipient. We will not ban anyone if they do not pay you back, this is on you and we will not get involved.
Editor Note: This one is a bit misleading. Although it is on the player to be safe when trading, excessively toxic and obviously intentional scamming practices can still be punished.

6) Keep chats in the correct channels
Do not post anime in general
Editor Note: This is related to the Telos Realms Discord server. It is not heavily enforced, but it serves as a reminder.

7) No form of unfair play
Do not use any hacked clients of any kind however you may use things like feather/lunar clients but No FOV Extenders allowed!
Editor Note: FOV Extenders are treated as a cheat due to the bullet-hell nature of the game. Minimaps are allowed for navigating dungeons.

8) Report any glitches you find
If you find any glitches or bugs you must report them.
Editor Note: Abusing a glitch significantly can lead to significant repercussions. Harmless glitches will likely not result in anything, but duplication glitches and glitches that can get people unfairly killed should not be abused in any manner.

9) No toxicity or offensive language
Do not insult people or try to cause a mess in any chats. You can joke around here and there but know your limits. DO NOT GET PEOPLE KILLED BY DRAGGING ON THEM
Editor Note: Dragging is when you take aggro of an enemy, and lead them to someone intentionally in the hopes it will kill off their character.

10) Do not over-ping staff or DM staff
Do not ping or DM staff, if you really need help though you can always ping/DM me @Rolo for help
Editor Note: Most staff members won't mind a DM or two, but the severity of the question relates to who you should DM. Also see the ticket system before DM'ing a staff member.
If you have a question about logging onto the server, you would DM a helper. If you have a concern about a game-breaking bug, you would DM a moderator and above.

11) No form of botting
Do not use alts or bot accounts for any advantage including for teleportation anchors or for anything else
Editor Note: More specifically, you cannot use alts to gain an advantage or evade punishments. Using an alt for the sake of using an alt is okay. Account sharing is okay to an extent, but it will be investigated if all users of the account are not known (to prevent punishment evasion.)

12) No controversial topics
No talk about politics, religions or any server specific controversy
Editor Note: Don't be that person. Nobody wants to join a Minecraft server to see 3 people arguing about heavy and triggering topics in chat.

Character Revive and Item Restoration Policy
