Ghastly-born, Heptavius rules the undead hall in which he resides.
Dungeons of the Gilded Tier also have a chance to spawn Treasure Chests throughout the Dungeon. When you kill one of these you roll for the boss rewards.
Treasure Chests can be spotted from far away due to their Yellow Glow.
Can be accesed by defeating Spirits in Necropolis.

Dungeon Clear
- To reach Heptavius follow every path until you find the hole in the ground.
Boss Behaviour
(Phase 1&2: Attack 1) | Heptavius fires a stream of toxic fumes, leaving behind damaging gas at the end of the attack.
(Phase 1&2: Attack 2) | Heptavius slashes the air, creating ghastly bullets that are fired at the player.
(Phase 1&2: Attack 3) | Heptavius leaps behind the player and slashes the player.
(Phase 1&2: Attack 4) | Heptavius slams the ground, dealing AoE damage in a large area.
66% (Phase 1: Attack 5) | Heptavius summons two of his minions to aid him in battle.
33% (Phase 2) | Heptavius gains a pair of ghastly arms that act on their own. These arms can deal melee damage, as well as an attack that spews fumes across the arena.
