</infobox> The Health stat is one of seven stats that a player in Telos Realms is able to modify through the use of items.

This stat modifies the maximum health value that a player has.

At 10 health, the player will have a value of 30 displayed on their health bar. At 30 health, the player will have a value of 50 displayed on their health bar.

To determine a player’s maximum effective health, the following formula can be used (excluding the evasion stat):


Effective Health Points=Health+201Defence200


(the average EHP of a player when including evasion):


Effective Health Points=Health+201Defence2001Evasion100
