Gameplay in Telos Realms largely relies on the use of items to increase stats.

By fighting enemies and bosses, players receive loot from pouches or chests that drop from enemies.

There are currently 10 tiers of tiered loot, 5 types of untiered loot, and 3 types of reskins in Telos Realms

Bags display as enchanted if they contain a Stat Potion
