This dungeon is dropped by Glacial Mauler, Glacial Wisp, and Frost Duchess in the Permafrost.
(Attack 1) | Thalor slams his staff into the ground, conjuring an Ice Claw that surges forward. Upon reaching its maximum distance, the claw retracts, dealing damage to anything in its path both ways.
