Bloodshot Ut's can be obtained from World Boss Dungeons, Shadowlands Mini Bosses, Shadowlands dungeons and True angels. Usually, Bloodshot Ut's are obtained from Worldboss dungeons and shadowlands dungeons at a 0.8% chance each, however some bloodshots such as the Wrathguard can be crafted or dropped. Bloodshots from shadowland mini bosses such as Warden have a higher drop chance at 1% for but Defender has a 1.5%.

Bloodshot Data

Bloodshot UT's are one of the 6 types of Untiered Items in Telos. Different UTs have many different statistics and do not follow a certain statistic outline, meaning they can have any stat. When untiered, Bloodshot items have 13 Tier Points. If exalted, they have 14 Tier Points. In order to drop a Bloodshot UT from the bosses which drop it, the player must reach the minimum 1% damage threshold.

Bloodshot Fragments can drop from a variety of dungeons & bosses, and they are what allow Bloodshot UTs to be exalted into their better forms.

Bloodshot Forge Fragment Droptable
Dungeon Chance
Dawn of Creation 50%
Seraph's Domain 50%
Tenebris 25%
Rustborn Kingdom: Part 3 20%
Celestial's Province: Part 2 20%

Exalting Bloodshot UT items allows for them to gain bonus stats, increased damage, and improved abilities. This also increases their Tier Points from 13 to 14. The same item cannot be exalted more than once, and exalting is irreversible.

Exalting Bloodshot items can be done at the Bloodshot UT Forge in Wulfur's GUI inside of the Nexus Blacksmith.

The process of exalting a Bloodshot item is shown above.

Salvaging Bloodshot UT items is also another method of getting Bloodshot Forge Fragments. This is an irreversible action and will result in your item turning into a fragment. Items which are already exalted cannot be salved.

The process of salvaging a Bloodshot item is shown above.
