Bloodshot UT's are one of the 6 types of Untiered Items in Telos. Different UTs have many different statistics and do not follow a certain statistic outline, meaning they can have any stat. Bloodshot items have 12 Tier Points. In order to drop a Bloodshot UT from the bosses which drop it, the player must reach the minimum 1% damage threshold.
Bloodshot Fragments can drop from a variety of dungeons & bosses, and they are what allow Bloodshot UTs to be rerolled.
