Ut's are items which do not follow the progression of tiered armours and feature different stats, passives and active abilities compared to their tiered counterparts. Bloodshot UT's are one of the 6 types of UT's in Telos Realms and are a staple for the late and end game as most bloodshots are powerful and exceed the power of royal tier counterparts. Bloodshot Ut's can be exalted and have 13 tier points in their Untiered form and 14 in their Exalted form.

Bloodshot Ut's can be obtained from World Boss Dungeons, Shadowlands Mini Bosses, Shadowlands dungeons and True angels. Usually, Bloodshot Ut's are obtained from Worldboss dungeons and shadowlands dungeons at a 0.8% chance each, however some bloodshots such as the Wrathguard can be crafted or dropped. Bloodshots from shadowland mini bosses such as Warden have a higher drop chance at 1% for but Defender has a 1.5%.

To qualify to drop a bloodshot the player must reach the damage threshold of 1%.

To exalt bloodshots you must do it through the bloodshot crafting station which is found among all the other crafting stations in the hub.

To exalt a bloodshot UT you must obtain 5 bloodshot fragments which are obtained from...

Rustborn Kingdom Part 3 and Celestials Province Part 2 at a rate of 20%.

Tenebris at a rate of 25%.

Dawn of Creation and Seraph's Domain at a rate of 50%.

Exalting bloodshot UTs positively changes any of the items stats AND OR abilities.

Once exalting an item you cannot reverse the craft or salvage the bloodshot.

To salvage a bloodshot, place it in the UT in the item slot without any fragments and you can turn it into a bloodshot fragment.

If you try salvaging an exalted bloodshot item nothing will happen.
