Irradiated UT's are one of the 6 types of Untiered Items in Telos. Different UTs have many different statistics and do not follow a certain statistic outline, meaning they can have any stat. When untiered, Irradiated items have 8 Tier Points. If exalted, they have 9 Tier Points. In order to drop an Irradiated UT from the bosses which drop it, the player must reach the minimum 1% damage threshold.
Irradiated Fragments can drop from a variety of dungeons & minibosses, and they are what allow Irradiated UTs to be exalted into their better forms.

Exalting Irradiated UT items allows for them to gain bonus stats, increased damage, and improved abilities. This also increases their Tier Points from 8 to 9. The same item cannot be exalted more than once, and exalting is irreversible.
Exalting Irradiated items can be done at the Irradiated UT Forge in Wulfur's GUI inside of the Nexus Blacksmith.

Salvaging Irradiated UT items is also another method of getting Irradiated Forge Fragments. This is an irreversible action and will result in your item turning into a fragment. Items which are already exalted cannot be salved.
