Gameplay in Telos Realms largely relies on the use of items to increase stats.

By fighting enemies and bosses, players receive loot from pouches or chests that drop from enemies.

There are currently 10 tiers of tiered loot, 6 types of untiered loot, and 3 types of reskins in Telos Realms.

When opening bags containing tiered loot there will always be one piece of armour in that bag which is useable for your selected class.

Bags display as enchanted if they contain a Forge Fragment.

Chests and some types of bags have a damage threshold which the player must reach before qualifying for the drop. Your pity for drops you don't qualify for will not increase when the boss is defeated.
